Black Beck Arnley cafe racer in size 42. Measurements seem closer to a modern 40. I’m guessing this one is Steerhide and probably from the 70s. Please correct me if I’m wrong. Leather is a medium weight and has random scratches here and there as to be expected. Overall the jacket seems pretty solid. It had a couple moto patches on it, that I removed when I got it. There was also a small dime sized gouge in the leather on backside of the left arm, which I was able to patch from the inside due to the lining being separated at the sleeve cuff, giving me access. I will include a pic. There are also a couple of stitches starting to pop in center of each underarm seam. I feel like this is pretty minor at this point and could easily be repaired. See pic of this also. Lining looks good aside from one hole near bottom hem, and the aforementioned separating at the sleeve cuffs. This one smells like an old jacket. It does not smell moldy, or smokey, just a bit musty like an old jacket. All zips work great and tapes look healthy. I really like this one, but it’s just too wide in the shoulders for me.
