Here is a custom stingy from Beaver Hats; I have no idea of how old it is.
Dimensions:
5 1/2" Open Crown
1 7/8" Brim
1 7/8" Ribbon
Opening 8 x 6 5/8"
Official size is 7 3/8 Long Oval, but based on the measurements I think this is more of a standard oval. The sweatband says "one hundred percent pure beaver". The felt has is a little bit longer haired than your average hat, as you can see in the photos. Felt is in good condition, no mothing, though there are a couple of minor dirt spots on the brim and back of crown. Not very noticeable, and they would easily come out if cleaned. The sweatband is starting to get a touch stiff, though is still very comfortable to wear. The liner has some staining on it.
Color is black with a dark ribbon that has some reddish purple undertones in it. All in all a very sharp lid, I would keep it if it fit, and I don't even like stingies!
I'm asking for $50 plus shipping.
