Beaver Brand Hats, gone?

I made it home also Mike...man was I tired.
I hope to get some photos up this evening of the auction.

You know, I've never found modern beaver brand hats to come remotely close to good vintage or modern custom in quality of materials, but imho they're nicer than any modern Dobbs, Stetson, or Biltmore I've seen in person. I may have a few neat pieces of their rather discounted remaining hat inventory on the way...

There were several high end nice western hats left in the factory that got sold for pennys on the retail price they were sold last year for.

I was blown away of some of the people I saw and companies that had used Beaver Brand to make hats for them there over the years.

Rusty was a trooper the whole weekend , I worked him hard in helping load so much stuff onto my truck and trailer. I unloaded what ribbon I got that was in my truck bed this afternoon, still have boxes in the trailer and two 55 gallon waste cans full. Will over the next 4 weeks get it laid out by width and then by color and put on the shelfs in warehouse, have to also unlaod the 300 blocks,and the machines, not going anywhere and will take what ever time it takes me to get it all under control

I was like a new father worried I would not get the one I really wanted, but I did and got another one hid in a huge junk pile and it was wrapped up in plastic and just sitting there behind all that stuff that no one climbed into to look, plus I had a flashlite to see better with at all those hidden items in there.

Some of the online western dealers had stopped carrying their products over the past few years before they went out because of big price increases and in at least some offerings a reduction in quality.
