I'm not sure I like the selection of collars available. It's not very broad at all. I'd like to see more styles, really. I see the option of separates as offering more choice and individuality, as well as the option of more formality, depending on the situation.

The real value I see is the ability to have vintage collars done. I usually starch mine at home, but it's a long, difficult process to do the really hard collars (semi-stiff and soft are a breeze). I might just send my hard collars to them in the future. Darcy has a pretty good selection, though I wish they had a better club collar, and vintage collars are still pretty easy to come by. And as Charlie says, they may increase their stock over time.
