That is a beauty, Bob. Pity it doesn't fit you. Hard to say exactly, but these "classic" Barbisio hats may be earlier than you think. I believe they made them from the early fifties to the mid sixties. The style and finishings on this one suggest an earlier example, so I'd say fifties for this hat.

Qualità speciale in a green colour called Dresda. Talpa (longhair) finish. Size 57 with the overwelt brim at 5cm and the crown at 10,5cm at the center dent. Barbisio is definitely the maker, even though the name doesn't appear anywhere on the hat. I was actually sent two of these. I guess seller got a bit mixed up.

Apart from the fact that so many of them are green (I was also shocked, first making sure that I read the author of the post correctly and then checking whether you had a mishap and accidentally posted the same hat multiple times), it's really amazing that they are all in unworn condition: Fantastic! I confirm they are by Barbisio and I believe they are from the second half of the Seventies due to the shape, colors and finishes. Those were the years in which the Sagliano Micca factory "chased" fashions rather than proposing new ones, but this was generalized in those years among Borsalino's competitors.
Great find and what intrigued me most is the marking of the hat and above all where it was supposed to be sold
