I assume that American Classics delt directly with BK and were perhaps able to order a range of jackets to their own spec..within reason.

Badalassi tannery offers lots of very colourful, very sharp choices for handbags and accessories. I think the reason why some makers like the Few started using the leather for jackets is because they are readily available veg-tanned leather and that despite being veg tanned, the dye (or treatment in the dying process) applied being completely through seem to offer better resistance to water etc than many other veg tanned leather I have seen.

From the photo, seems the Minerva Box is used on most badalassi jacket.

Those boots are insanely cool.
Thanks. One of a kind test sample. Simply couldn't help it. I just bought two pairs of RM Buco Engineer boots and I saw these so I ended up carrying three pairs of engineer boots back to the hotel.
