Daddydoll... I love it!

She's starting to be more alert. Keeping her eyes open for over an hour at a time. She's also trying to hold her head up by herself already. Still not getting a lot of sleep at night, but she is very worth it!

Amazing how a tiny baby can really set the tone in a home when they first come home. No other time like it so enjoy every minute of it. :eusa_clap

Daddy's able to be home with us for the first two weeks, so we're doing A LOT of family bonding time. All of the major relatives have visited us and met her, so we're just enjoying our time with her.

I am sleeping when she sleeps, but she's now in the "marathon feeding" stage, so it's only a 40 minute nap between each feeding session.

Does Lily have very much hair and how much did she weigh?

She was born with gobs of dark hair (like mine) all over. It's long in the back to the point that she almost needs a haircut. It's so very silky and soft!

She was 6 lbs 12 oz when born, and 19 inches long. We found out yesterday (her week old birthday) that she's back to her birth weight, so we're expecting her to really start to bloom now. She's still a little peanut, though. She just swims in anything newborn size.
