These are contracts with the US Army Air Corps/US Army Air Force from 1941-1943 when the B3 was superceded by the ANJ4, B10 and B15 jackets.

Hi Andrew, Just to let you know I have a Werber B3 with a contract number 43-13608 with 'Nevaco Never Moth' label underneath. The jacket has had loads of repairs but the rear panel and labels look intact and original. I am going to sell it to fund a better one

since I started this thread I have added quite a few contract numbers to it, including the later Werber contract from the 1943 fiscal year.
