Hi would like your opinion.

6'3 - 215 Pds. Avirex Size 44 B3 Bomber. I feel like the sleeves are about a inch too short when I reach for something the sleeves goes slightly above wrist

The best pics of the sleeves are taken when your jacket is unzipped. They look fine in those shots, but the test comes when your jacket is zipped. Those are not very good images. But still from what I see, the sleeve length is fine.

I would think you got that jacket to keep you warm in cold weather. Why are most of your images taken when the jacket is unzipped?

The sleeve length on your jacket is fine. Don't worry about it anymore–just wear it and stay warm.

It looks absolutely fine in the pictures.

The usual rule applies: if you've got doubts about how it fits now, those doubts will never go away whatever anybody else says.

Thank you for the reply, I think the fit is fine as well. It was either the classic slim cockpit fit or a bit baggy. I prefer slim.
