B3 Bomber Coat Needs Repair

I have my dad's B3 bomber coat from WWII. Army US Air force, Aero Clothing Co.
It has some mildew and the leather needs to be rejuvenated. The leather on the underside of the collar needs to be repaired and some of the wool is coming loose.
Can anyone recommend a quality repair place that will actually do a quality repair on this jacket? Preferably in the East Bay of San Francisco, but further out is fine.

Johnson Leather is in SF. They do quality work. But Dena might be better for a restoration such as this. That's her specialty.

Looks like the jacket was not worn a lot in its time.

Yes, my brother took it to someone who replaced part of the wool. Of course, the person did it in a different color and messed up the collar some!!!! After the war, this jacket was worn very little.
