For sale: Avi Leather Denmark Gordon and Ferguson M-422A
This jacket was my first venture into USN jackets. I mistakenly purchased a size smaller than needed, so the jacket has seen little use. Jacket has been modified (patched and removed, see stitch marks on right chest), USN stencil added to collar, reproduction Gordon and Ferguson spec label added, commercial product/ care labels removed from liner, correct C shaped zipper stops from MASH installed. Please note that the size label was not sewn in with the G&F label (my tailor forgot to do so when adding the label and removing the care labels). I will include it and the original Avi label with the jacket.
Jacket is sized as a 40, but runs small. Measurements are shown in listing photos and noted below. Please carefully review measurements prior to purchasing. All sales are final. For reference, I was 5'10", 150 lbs, with a 39.5" chest when the photo below was taken. The jacket was too snug to comfortably wear zipped. The patch and original Talon zipper pull shown in the photos have since been removed.
Pit to pit: 19.5"
Shoulders: 17.5"
Back length: 24.5"
Sleeves: 24" on outside curve and 23" straight down
