I love Fall also. Just bought me a brown outfit and cleaning house to decorate for Fall. I love changing decor to fit what seasons we have in Texas. I fake it some.

The leaves are just barely starting to turn here, only to be outdone by the drizzle to well known to everyone. Normally we will get an Indian Summer in the next couple of weeks, with chilly nights and warm lazy days, and sunsets to die for. It's a great time of year!

Yes! It's finally here! And I just got 5 rolls of Kodachrome film to celebrate the season with pictures.

Its barely 70 degrees here....you are still running AC?

oh you betcha, my wife has MS and heat really screws her up so we keep the house comfortable for her the good thing is I like it cool too. right now it goes on around noon [lots of windows with southern exposure] and is going off at 6PM, then depending on how she feels it goes back on at 11PM. we have a ceiling fan that is on all night long. In another 2 months we might actually sleep under the sheet.

The blanket is only for early am in Dec Jan and sometimes Feb

I actually threw a blanket over myself last night, and I'm one who loves cool weather! Now I'm waiting for the winds and thunder storms the Weather Channel has scheduled for this weekend (while I'm at a car show, of course! )

Yes I've only been here for a little more than a week now. But everyone keeps mentioning how bad rain is needed.

3 (or 4) days this year it has rained, all in the February-April timeframe. Last year it was far more.

Usually it rains starting in October if not earlier. Summer showers have happened, like it did early in the Summer this year. Basically Fall/Winter season (Sept-Jan) and Spring (Feb-April) there is a chance of rain.
