What other pattern are you thinking about Art? I recall seeing a wide diamond pattern in some vintage playboys.

That's the exact pattern I'm hoping for Johnny, but it's up to my machinist and his willingness to do it. The punch I have is pretty complicated so I don't know.

Well I have my 3rd VS hat in que. This is going to be my summer skeet shooting hat. I like baseball caps and all but we do shoot in the rain. Ball caps just don't keep the rain off of your neck, (and have no style!). I shoot in a winter league also but have a heavier hat for then. I'm going with Art's crossover as it's a little country & little rock-n-roll. Need to pick the color. Art and I discussed using a leather hatband which he liked the idea. There is a woman in NM that braids really beautiful hat bands I'm going with. Art is being gracious enough to use it and add to the hat. As all of us I can't wait!!

I'm super glad to get these back from Art.

One is the custom, granite, lightweight felt that I had him put a black ribbon on instead of the charcoal ribbon I had on it. I like the deeper contrast better.

The TAR is an OR I picked up from Moon a while back but couldn't wear because the sweat had shrunk too much and I popped the back seam... oooops.

Art installed one of his awesome sweats and it fits like a custom.

Speaking of fit, Art is the master at sizing and getting the dome shape right.

We might hit 86 tomorrow. That's too hot for me. I like 70 just fine... and my felts get more use when it's cooler!
