VS Wanderer

After a surprisingly brief wait, my VS Wanderer arrived an hour ago. I'd asked Art to do something a bit distinctive with the ribbon. You'll get a better view of the ribbon tomorrow when I can provide a head shot.

Needless to say I am more than pleased with this fedora. For those of you who own Art's work, you know how good it is. This is far beyond what I would have expected. It's going to get serious head time.

Andy... YOU have arrived. An infinitely versatile, jaw-droppingly beautiful hat. See you tomorrow (and maybe for a week or so!) in WHAYWT! Too beautiful.

I was thinking the exact same thing about its versatility. Though of course I will wear my other fedoras (at some point), I can imagine this Wanderer fitting in pretty much anywhere.

Conelrad and Andy, stunning hats, guys.

When Art introduced the second wave of the new series a couple of months ago everyone raved about the Dusty Road, including me. So I asked Art to make one for me in a silverbelly featherweight. It arrived yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased.

Andy- Great colour and proportions, I'm sure it will get a lot of headtime.

CONLRAD- The liteweight felt looks stunning. Binding and ribbon set off the brown tone wonderfuly.

g.durand-stunning.

Beautiful hats guys and beautiful work Art!

G.durand, when Art first posted pictures of the Dusty Lane I had to have one too. I love the subtle elegance of the tone on tone ribbon and felt. I've had mine about a week now and have been wearing it daily. The compliments have been numerous from my hat wearing buddies and others. I posted one special compliment in the "Best Comment" thread. I'd post pictures of mine but my photographic skills don't do it justice. Your photos are great! The hat looks great on you too.

ms, Che, Mike and Scott, thanks. Art deserves the credit, of course, and I hope he doesn't hold it against me for referring to it as the Dusty Road instead of the correct name, Dusty Lane.

Thanks, Jeff. It's going with me to LA in a couple of weeks. Should be perfect for the weather there.

Andy, I haven't really commented on your Wanderer since I'm smitten with my new Art creation, but your hat is awesome!
