Here's what you've been looking for: 1930s cap toes made from brown alligator leather in a whopping size 14!!! They seem to be quite narrow, though.

Well, If they are "EEE" as stated, that is actually triple-wide...the widest shoes made, in fact. These are for REALLY large feet!

4 1/2" doesn't seem very wide, does it? And on the shot from above they look quite narrow to me.

The width of a foot Is measured at the ball of the foot the big toes' first "knuckle" the width can be very forward as in having short toes. People with long toes tend to have more narrow feet. From What I have seen as a shoe salesman. Using the Brannick device the controvesey is standing or seated - I was taught seated.
