Anyone want this skirt?

I purchased this off ebay, but it doesn't fit.

Vintage 40s/early 1950s cream wool pleated skirt. Side metal zipper with hook/eye and snap. It will fit an approx 25" at the waist, with full, 46"+ at the hips and is 26 1/2" long. It could use a cleaning to freshen it up, but looks to be in great condition~This came from the estate of a woman who was a model in the 1930s and 40s.

Hope I haven't offended anyone by asking. Not sure of the policy about this type of thing.
