I wish that's all they cost new over here (often double that, alas!). I do often baulk at the price of sunglasses nowadays, though they're probably no more expensive than equivalent prescription spectacles. I suppose that I accept the price of specs more as they're a necessity, while shades are more of a luxury for me (only worn with contacts). Actually, the shades are more of an investment as they on't ever need relensed save in case of damage (as opposed to changing prescirption potentially every two years).
