Anyone a member of the Art Deco Society of California?

Anyone a member of the art deco society of california? It has been suggested I join by a couple of people and I am thinking about going to thier valentine's day event, but don't know anyone, is anyone here a member?

I am not in it, but my sweetie and I are about to join. We have a few friends that are in it and they do a lot of fun stuff.

I'm a longtime member but do not get to their events very often. I mainly belong to support the preservation effort. Speaking of which, even if you don't join, I'm sure you would enjoy the annual Preservation Ball in April - this year to be held at the fab City Club of SF. I'm going to try to get to that. And I think September's Gatsby Summer Afternoon is something lovers of the Deco era would want to experience at least once. You don't have to be a member to attend any events but members do get a reduced entry fee - also, some vintage shops in the Bay area offer discounts for ADSC members.
