As for British Shooting wear I have nothing but good things about Mears Bespoke. As you can see their ladies shooting breeks are most fetching.

Cordings of Piccadilly for tweed or rat catcher if you like moleskin, I have an old batter pair but prefer my cord pair from Barbour.

... I could not help but feel that the only proper drink to order was a gin and tonic. So I did. Khakis, boots, safari hat and gin and tonic at the Vic Falls hotel. It was a perfect moment.

I work and hunt in Africa. I most highly recommend 511 tactical shirts and trousers. The shirts are tough, functional and have the right pockets in the right places. The trousers are the most comfortable I have ever worn in the field, period. I prefer the heavier cotton in both but it is getting harder to find the trousers in cotton (I don't particulary like ripstop, though it does work well.) I love the tactical shorts too but I have the hems taken up few inches.
