Any suggestion for B3 Ladies manufacturers?

Hi

My sister would like to get a B3 or B6 jacket. Unfortunately, Eastman and Aero don't offer such jackets for ladies. I see that Cockpit USA and Schott make some, but neither of them are 100% authentic. Can anyone suggest makers on the Eastman and Aero calibre who also make a b3 or b6 for women?
Thanks a lot

I know of no one that makes them specificially for women,
but the WASPs in WWII wore men's A-2s, B-3s etc.
So, join the club, and buy one!

Aero seems to make them for women now. A while ago I bought for my girlfriend a blue label, test jacket that’s not historically accurate but in a woman’s pattern. To be historically accurate, you’ll have to wear the men’s, just give Aero your measurements and tell them “I’m a woman”. They should be able to make one for you that fits well in the arms & body length.

I thought this might be of interest - my grandfather was an early aviator, who was trained to fly by Orville Wright - he took this shot of a couple of pioneer female aviators at the Wright Brothers Flying School on one of the first training machines with dual controls - this would be around 1914/15, so a good decade before Amelia Earhart took her first flight. Note the very early flight jackets/suits that preceded the

B3 and Irvins by several decades - one seems to have the mouton collar of the later jackets, but the body seems to be of thick corduroy rather than sheepskin. And heels, of course! The other photo is of the same machine (my grandfather sitting on top of the wings)….more like a kite crossed with a bicycle in these early days!
