Just want to ask if any Northeaster owners wear the coat without the belt and if so is the coat too boxy without it?
I asked Aero about the possibility of having one made with the buckles instead of the detachable belt. They didn’t really answer that, so I assume that means no. But they did say they could make it without the buttons and not include the belt.
I like the length, bi swing back and zipper and haven’t found another style that would have these 3 options. Unfortunately, the belt does not appeal to me at all.
I originally was going to buy a long half belt, but bought a half belt deluxe that called out to me - I don’t think I want another so similar.
