Antique French Straw Milan Weave 2 3/4 Brim Size 7 @ $49

From my wardrobe a nice straw Milan like weave hat in good condition. Paper size label says 57 (?cm) and fits like a roomy U.S. size 7.
Brim: 2 3/4 inches
Crown: 4 1/2 inches
Ribbon: 1 1/2 inches
Sweatband: 1 1/2 inches
Hat Opening: Length 7 1/2 inches and Width 6 5/8 inches.
First sweatband I've seen that is not leather or cloth. It is something like firm paper product of some kind.
Good condition with smudging of light black substance inside the crown (see pics).
One very small light stain on crown just above the bow.
