I'm not a computer geek, but I wasn't aware that you could send PM's as email. I thought ( and think until told otherwise) that PMs go to your PM box here on the Lounge only. If not true, can someone fill me in?

Art...I think you can get notices sent to your email...maybe from pm's, but definitely from specific threads you've chosen to follow...

Thanks for the welcome Art, and I'll be contacting you whenever she-who-must-be-obeyed says it's ok to order an Artlite. I buy hats, she buys vintage dresses. It seems like a fair exchange.

I didn't know that's how PMs worked. I thought they went through email.

You can only learn so much looking over the fence.

Ok, I've read the FAQs - as I should have before I asked - and understand (I think) the PM process now. I asked because I didn't even see a method for PMing. Indy is right, I just haven't earned my PM badge yet.
