The fact that the baby has a court appointed guardian might very well mean that he deals with them for enough money to -care- for Dannielynn and doesnt get any of his lifestyle paid for by the trust fund....

granted....if its handled poorly...then yea..he might have won the lotto...

It was reported today that if or when Birkhead is appointed full custody of the baby,he then would be guardian. Any inheritance would be awarded to a trust. He would receive at least 5%,probably more for that responsibility plus expenses for care and maintenance(house,transportation,etc)for the child. The main bulk of the trust could be tied up until the girl reaches...18...21..or 30..to be determined by the court. Of course,there is Ana's will to be contested.

Hmm. Was kinda hoping for the Vegas connection, Steve Wyrick. Then she would have been a magical baby.

At least the DNA is in, was starting to think they should just have gone on Maury, it would have been done with months ago.

To me, it looks more like Birkhead is happy about being the daddy. It was what he wanted long before Ana's death.
