These seem more like 30's trousers to me, but still very nice and wide, with a double button waist closure.

Considering the Sanforization process didn't come into use until 1930, you're definitely correct about them being post-1920s.

Ha. Thanks for validating my intuition, Dinerman. I guess these won't be the "authentic 1920s oxford bags" that remain illusively out of reach.
