Had to stay in tonight with a dang cold so I thought I would post up a few pics of some of my hats.

WWII felt Officer's cap.

Black Yachting cap.

White Yachting cap (This was my grandfather's hat. As a kid I would ask to wear it when we were on the boat. It would slide down past my ears. Shoot, it still does, he was a big man.)

Those are some wonderful toppers you've got there, Murph. Looks like a nice place you've got, too.

I really should get myself a military style cap like that. I would imagine I would like it.

Thank you.
Fun hats but not too many occasions to wear them.

A question for anyone that might know:

The white cap has light stains on the canvas.
Any recomendations for cleaning the canvas without ruining the hat?
Thanks for any help.

Nice hats... I'm also intrigued by the poteen bottle in the background (I see they've Anglicised the spelling! ;) )... any further information?

Now learned men who use the pen have wrote your praises high
That sweet Poteen from Ireland green, distilled from wheat and rye:
Throw away your pills, it will cure all ills of Pagan, Christian, or Jew
Take off your coat and grease your throat with the real old mountain dew...

A little Irish Moonshine is a good thing:D

A friend brought it to our annual St. Patty's Day bash and I found it to be quite good!
You can use it just about anywhere Vodka is called for.
Or just straight up is my preference (the best way to see the lil' people);)

Murph351,

While your hats are quite nice, I am most intrigued by the medicinal properties of the contents of the little white jug. I must locate a bottle.

Is that a well-stocked liquor cabinet we spy in the background?
