Bruce, it was custom fit .I'm only 5'6" and abit with a 30" waist.I told Will at Aero and he reccommended the arm length etc.
pit to pit = 23.5"
shoulder to shoulder = 20"
sleeve length = 24.5"
back length = 25.5"

Your info is very helpful indeed. What is your ACTUAL chest measurement and do you think your D1 represents a TRUE 40? Just wanted to know for future reference on what how these jackets would fit to size comparison. Thanks.

Bruce, my chest measurement over a thin t-shirt is 40.5".I think it does represent a true size 40.
