Bought from Aero's sales page about 2 months ago, but sadly too tight for me in the shoulders.

Worn a couple of times around the house only.

What a gorgeous jacket!!!!
Would you mind measuring the collar width at the back?
I’m so curious to know how big it really is

Not quite sure what you mean by collar width, can you post a pic of what you want me to measure?

If you flip up the collar and measure from the seam (at the rear) up to the edge.

Thanks!
Also, what is the front drop?
(The amount the front tip goes down past the back- when zipped and laid flat)

I love this design (did Aero stop making them?) and this one would probably fit me perfectly, but I just can't justify the cost under the circumstances we find ourselves in today. Last night I watched the film for the first time and was really struck by the great job the costume designer did on the film. Does anyone recall the jacket worn by the jockey George?

Maybe we will go back to normal soon, and it will still be there for you :)

Beautiful jacket, but man that shoulder is narrow. If it were 18 or more I'd seriously consider selling something else to fund this one. GLWS!

I’ve read that narrow shoulder width can mean you use some of the sleeve up but fit can still work. Anyone more experienced able to chime in?

I can confirm that myself :)
This jacket with the 17.25" shoulder does fit me but right now its a bit tight in the shoulders, i think the leather will stretch out a bit with time, but now that i'm back into lifting weights after a months off due to the COVID crap, my shoulders will get a bit bigger so the jacket will be very tight.
This is while my other Aero - the Hooch Hauler has 18.75" shoulder and fits me perfectly without being tight in the shoulders.

Yes and no...
I have jackets with shoulder width ranging from 20.5 to 18.5". Perfect fit on my shoulders would be 19.5".
Within that range all jackets are comfortable, and yes the only real effect of shoulder variation is on sleeve length, IMO a jacket with 20" shoulders and 25" sleeves will fit somewhat like a jacket with 19" shoulders and 26" arms. What you gain in the shoulders you can afford to loose to some extent in the arms and vice versa.

The "no" part comes when you reach your actual real minimum acceptable shoulder width. For me there is just not enough room in a jacket with 17.5" shoulders to physically fit my shoulders, it's just too tight.

Depending on what a good median shoulder width is for you, it could work, or not...
