Hi Edward, Nice pick up there. I'm sure it is. I wanted the outer edge of the lapel and the pocket to run parallel to each other (it was something that annoyed me about my now passed on AL Detroit) so I included that request in my order. I didn't specify a different angle so not sure it if due to the premier fit or my request but it does look like it has less of an angle.

Brilliant jacket & fit.
I'm actually stunned & extremely pleased to hear that you can access the fit jacket process from Carrie. Sending one of these jackets halfway around the world & back to get the right fit can't be cheap!
It makes me even more excited about the eventual purchase ahead of next winter here in Sydney!

Interesting spin on it. Definitely gives it a very different 'feel' than the original, or even the 59 Rivetts HWM model. Nice alternative to the Sheen for those wanting a slimmercut jacket with the simplicity of the HWM design.
