That second one without the belt loops and side laces is what I NEED. Or one like your find, stellar stuff.
You can probably order a zip-sleeve Highwayman with badge holder, no problem.

I don't know if they still make the other styles, but it wouldn't hurt to ask. I just don't see them on Aero's website.

It's been taking its sweet time to get here. Tracking finally updated; it's in Chicago now. I hope that means I should have it sometime this week.

I feel for you guys. The Highwayman I just picked up took a week longer than scheduled to arrive Most of that time was spent with no further update then “your delivery has been delayed, the package is still in transit...”. I thought of calling USPS but I knew from prior experience that that would only result in one or two hours on hold just to hear someone tell me exactly what I had read on their website.
Here’s hoping your packages arrive soon!

Picked it up this morning. Didn't get a chance to look it over until I got out of work this afternoon. Tried it on. I was worried based on the measurements given in the ebay listing that it might be tight on me, in fact if anything it's a little loose. Fit's just about perfect, really. The sleeves are roomy, compared to other Aero CR-type jackets I've worn, but really this isn't a Cafe Racer jacket, although there is some resemblance in certain aspects.

The leather is still stiff, not too heavy or too light, a bit dry, and could use a wipedown and possibly some treatment, but there's no cracking or brittleness, it's good sound leather. It will still stand on its own, which considering the patina and the amount of wear it's gotten, is impressive. The lining is cotton drill, in fine shape, and not very warm at all. This will be a summer cool-weather jacket. The main zipper gave me a little trouble coming back down after I zipped it up, not sure yet if that's going to be a real problem or not.

I will post fit pictures when I can.

Very cool jacket!

Thats’s 20 years worth of patina at 8 hours a day 5 days a week. So few cops wear leather jackets these days. I only know a few and they’re all 20+ year guys.

If it was indeed worn by a Copper shouldn’t there be a shoulder patch or stitch marks from a shoulder patch?

Regardless it’s a awesome jacket!

Chicago is where parcels go for vacation. My inbound BL is parked somewhere in the city of broad shoulders as well. The nice thing is the incredibly lazy workforce and mind bogglingly poor logistics. So we have that working in our favor.
Edit...still (somewhere) in Europe.
