Perfect.
I did request the single pointed western yoke (with shoulder gussets). Had the same config on a j-106 and I loved it. Also omitted the pleats out of the half belt. A j-106 in this hide would be incredible!! I'm really digging the way it's taking various hues as it breaks. As soon as fall and winter hit I'll really put it thru its paces and hopefully get some better shots of how its progressed along the blue/black/green spectrum.Cracking looking jacket, Ton - enjoy. I'm more tmepted by the midnight now for a future project than I was previously.... Maybe this might be the hide for that J106 I'm considering....
Quick query: did you specify the shape of the yoke on the back of your jacket? The 30s HBs I've had have the two-pronged yoke on the back, rather than the single-pronged yoke on yours (which I have on my Highwayman, and was/is one of the features on the 50s HB). Is this something you specc-ed yourself, or have Aero tweaked the design in that regard?

The waiting is the best part. I'm personally loving every minute of it. Relishing in the joy of what's to come. Ah the anticipation of that new jacket. It's. so. much. fun.Cannot wait!!!!!
only 12 weeks to wait....

But seriously. Can't wait to see how that turns out. I always thought this color was meant for a M/C jacket.
I like the hunt. Once I pull the trigger, I want to see what I bagged. I guess i'm not made out for bespoke, or special order.
can't stand the wait.
Just me being weird.
I usually use my home "beater" 12" Solingen steel Whoustof chefs knife to open all my packages. I use my best knifes at work cutting food.Waiting to see if it fits is always the scary part. Also unboxing, careful to not accidentally cut or rip the jacket! Lol.
