Aero Maxwell in black FQHH, size 40.

Light color contrast stitching looks great, adds a lot of style. Lined with black alpaca, two interior pockets both with no snap.

Beautiful broken in condition, relatively soft exterior feel for FQHH despite the thickness of the leather. Beginning to show some patina of tones along with the black.

Fits pretty much like a true size 40, which unfortunately is too big for me. I wish it fit me - it's a real pleasure to wear.
I'll consider trades for something a bit smaller (22 inch P2P) but still a long style such as a Teamster or Maxwell or Work Coat.

Measurements:
Pit-to-pit: 23
Shoulders: 18
Back length: 27
Sleeve length: 26

$500 shipped in US.

beautiful jacket, yikes.
my shoulders are 18" and chest circumference almost 42"
6'1" 180lbs
i wonder if it'd be a little large on me, in the chest?

Mike ... The forum member from whom I bought it, Sir Jacket, had listed that he was just over 6' tall and it fit him well. His post had said he though it would do fine for anyone about 5'11" to 6'2" with a fairly trim build. That seems about right to me, too, although I would say it would do fine for someone about 5'9" or 5'10" with a medium build and slightly long arms.
I doubt it would be too large for you in the chest. It appears that my proper size in this jacket is one size down from my normal suit size (i.e., I wear a 38 suit, so a size 36 Maxwell would be right for me). Based on that, it might do pretty well for you.

Thank you VR, received the jacket in good order, well packed in a large flat box. Jacket as described, very clean, plus nice and soft broken in feel. Brown undertones are starting to show in the flex areas of the arms. For me to get a jacket to this stage, I will have to spend 5 years of my life to do it and that would mean wearing one jacket. I have too many to rotate through, none of my jackets have this look. The closest to a worn look is my Alexander leather jacket in heavy kudu leather, uneven grain and scars. It's still so stiff it can stand on its own!
Great seller, thank you. Regards, tiny
