I received this wonderful jacket back in 2016 direct from Aero. Denny informed me that it was originally made in the "early 90's", so you can comfortably claim 25 years or so.
Made from their famed Connolly Steerhide, it is just wonderful.
Basically, I have worn it a handful of times since then. It really needs to go to someone who will benefit from it more that I am.
There is small amount of general wear on the lining at the hem and cuffs (as you would expect from an older jacket), but I can honestly claim that this is in an excellent overall condition for a jacket of this age (I'm pretty picky).
I have another jacket on order with Aero right now, so need to raise some funds to partially cover that expense & this one (unfortunately) has to go as a result.
It is marked as a 42, but unlike modern Highwayman jackets, this one fits true to size (a generous 42).
Measurements are as follows (give or take a bit);
Pit to pit; 24.5" (full width of jacket, measured under the arms & zipped)
Shoulders; 20"
Sleeve; 25 1/4"
Back; 25 1/2"
I'm on the fence about selling this one as it's such a fantastic jacket.
Note that the price INCLUDES worldwide shipping to your door + tracking + insurance.
USD$500
I could be open to trades for interesting, quality jackets from the usual makers, I generally wear a 42’ish, let me know if you're thinking along these lines.
Let me know if you have any questions.
