Are there any owners of really well worn-in Aero Cafe Racer jackets, and would you be willing to post some pics of it? It's a bit hard to find many pictures of this particular style, as the Board Racer seems to be all the rage.

Holy smokes, that is one fantastic jacket. You wear it like a champ. Thanks for sharing! How many years have you got on that bad boy?

many thanks :)
I bought the jacket in summer 2009 and worn it very often for the first three or four years (car, train, motorcycle), actually always.
Then not at all for a long time and then pulled out again.
However, it was always 2 cm too short in the front and way too wide in the shoulders/p2p.
Since a few weeks there is a happy new owner here from the forum.
Unfortunately I haven't seen any fit pics of him yet ;)
When I look at the photos, I'm almost a little sorry I sold them. But this way I have room for something new.

Too bad you weren't satisfied with the jacket, but as you said there's always room for a new, stellar jacket ;). I remember seeing your cafe racer jacket photo shared on the Aero Instagram page, actually. Although there was probably a filter applied, it still looked incredible, best example of an aged Aero cafe racer jacket I had seen. That picture actually helped me pull the trigger on one for myself :p. I feel the Aero cafe racer is an underappreciated jacket on this forum. Compared to many other cafe rafer jackets, Aero's design is just so elegant, simple and badass.

That's so true. I'm also pretty sure I'll get an Aero CR again.
Now I'm just waiting for my Sheene, on whom I get something changed by Aero.

wow! How is the movement of this one? seems just one piece back without gusset.
Yes, one piece and no gusset. Since it was much too big, the movement went well. Despite the heavy CXFQHH. But of course not as easy as with Vicenza or Goat lol.

Something about my fetal pig skin tone....just didn’t jive. It’s a beautiful color though. Shame Aero no longer offers. Even knowing full well I can’t wear it, I’m sure I’d order it

LOL

This one is also sold - but I owned it ~ 5.5 years. Bought new from Thurston's in Seattle when they had thier brick & mortor store, it's heavy Horween steerhide. Wore it like Mr. Proper - a lot the first two years, then less and less - now I miss it.

This one had "teacore" in it's blood...
