Aero Board Racer - Fit Advice

Hello! This forum has been a great resource in my journey to purchase my first leather jacket.

Got to try on an aero Board Racer, size 40. I am 6'4", so it was expected the sleeves and body might be a bit short. Took lots of pictures and am now looking for feedback.

Measurements
Pit to Pit: 21.75"
Sleeve: 25.25"
Back: 25.25"
Shoulder: 17.5"

A few things stand out to me:

1) Sleeves are too short. Thinking I need 1.5 or 2 inches more there?
2) Body length feels just a bit short. Maybe add an inch here?
3)Chest feels good. Zipped up is snug but not uncomfortable. Easy to breathe. No room for any layers though. T shirt only kind of feel.
4) Shoulders feel a just smidge tight. Not sure if that is normal or if I need a small amount of room more here.

Thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

Everything looks ok except the sleeves, probably 1 -2 more inches on the sleeves. I am starting to appreciate more and more the "short body" length look on jackets , as long as it doesnt creep up above the belt line. Your body length is fine.
