Hi folks, I don't know if the Buzz B-10 fit is different of the Aero, I think the shoulders are wider in the B-10 Aero, what do you think?

I wear an Aero B-10 in the pics:

I can't really compare without seeing photos of the Buzz worn - I don't have any direct experience of either. Wouldn't surprise me if the Aero pattern was just a touch wider, though, as their A2s are a little 'boxier' in cut than some. This is, from what I have seen, to some degree true to the cut of the wartime Aero A2s (different company). I don't know about the B10s, though. I have heard it said that Aero's B10s are some way less accurate to the spec of the originals than Buzz or Eastman's efforts. That said, this is less important, imo, if you're looking at it for civilian wear than as part of a uniform impression. I quite fancy one of those gab B-10s Aero have been putting out at a great price if they have my size available again. (If memory serves, yours is one of these?).

If I understand you right you don't own a Buzz B-10 but want to know how the fit of your Aero model compares to the fit of a Buzz B-10 in the same size, right?

I have the Buzz Rickson Superior Flight Togs B-10 "red rib" size 44 the same as the above photos. My girlfriend has a Buzz Rickson Rough Wear Clothing B-10 size 38 too. If you want measurements of either I'd be happy to run a tape over them. Guess it all depends what size you take.

Difficult to tell from those Buzz photos, but I don't think there's much difference in the shoulder cut to my eye - maybe the Aero is a little broader, but not enough that would concern me in terms of it looking right as a jacket (can't comment as to authenticity).

My other temptation is to see if Aero would run me up a civilian version with B-15 style slash pockets, though I suspect that would lose the benefit of the heavy discount these had.
