Ton, you are the literal embodiment of that Twilight Zone where the guy wins EVERYTHING he plays. He NEVER loses. Now in the episode, the guy DOES end up being in hell................... which is really immaterial when you have a jacket like this. I'd go to hell for one of these!!!! I was really thinking the blue would be something that I wouldn't dig but dude---its bitchen!!! Very unique and just damn cool. Your attention to detail in requesting the various aspects of this build obviously paid off in a killer combo of features. Your stuff ALWAYS turns out special man.

At this point, I think you could guide a blind handless person with a sewing machine and some hides into building a sublime jacket (sure you'd have to learn Braille maybe but they got that Rosetta Stone deal goin soooo;)....).

You could probably take this jacket and walk ON Lake Michigan in the spring. How does it feel to bat .1000 bro????

Thanks for all the kind words guys! I’m loving this jacket. Wore it all day today. It really does feel like the perfect marriage of a Halfbelt and the HWM and that was precisely what I wanted. Aero delivered for me yet again. This is why, when I have the loot, I can’t go anywhere other than Aero. I love that company and their product.

They make a great jacket. Tough, crazy beautiful leather, fits well. Some of the patterns have its problems but ultimately, you know you're getting a lifetime piece that's built like a tank. I've discovered that it's crucial with Aero not to baby it. Actually, the sooner you turn it into a beater and literally something for when you want to keep your other jackets safe, the more it'll grow on you.

Consistently impressed with your ability to spec incredible jackets for yourself.
Blown away by the color on this, really special. I love wearing blue, but previously thought a blue leather jacket would be too much. This strikes a perfect balance... really looking forward to seeing how it evolves. Got my own wheels turning...

Wow! It’s pretty much all been said, but for me the highlights are the unique colour and the cord lining, a fairly warm and hard wearing liner choice I’d guess? I’ve seen cord (sensibly) used to reinforce wear points like hems and collars (if they were not already leather reinforced), but not seen it used for the whole body lining.

I’m a big fan of the moleskin lining that I’ve seen in some vintage European jackets (like my Elvo leather dispatch rider coat - probably 70+years old and the moleskin lining was still in great shape). Moleskin is a warm and tough option, but I’ve not seen it so much on modern jackets (maybe aside from some repro German flight jackets). I hope the cord lining proves similarly tough and practical for what should be a forever jacket...

What a beauty Tony! I was close when I tried to guess the specs for this one but I missed on the collar latch and the cuffs...
I can only echo what everyone else has said here: perfect fit, beautiful jacket, and I hope you keep it for a long long time!

Of course the fit is perfection and then some but the colour . . . I only wish I could see it in real life. That has to put a strut into your walk! One of the best blues I've ever seen in leather. I'm nicknaming this jacket the King of Chicago, because it rules, man!

That's a really nice color, I wonder what Horween calls it on their side. It looks different from the navy cxl I've seen which is straight blue. This looks black and almost a bit green in some views.

It is indeed all of those things. It’s blue/grey/black and most certainly some green. You can see the blue in this shot on the sleeve. It has many of the chameleon type characteristics of cordovan/burgundy.

⬆️ Fully agree here, Aero do just about everything right.. “real good” leather choices, “real good” construction, “real good” value for the money, “real good” customer service...there is a reason for their place near the top..

BTW..beautiful jacket & great fit, well done all around.

glorious color, looks like a favorite ballpoint ink color. Hope this one would stay, if for whatever reason you move away again from leather then do yourself a favor, buy a mannequin body would be an amazing room decoration too until you change your mine again.

Interesting they were able to bring back the green tones. The guy at Aero told me the initial batch(es) had green tones due to a processing chemical they had to remove later as it was deemed toxic, seems they found a different way to create the effect and perhaps even improve upon it

Easily my favorite jacket of yours ever. Fit is absolutely perfect. I really love the shorter length.

The leather is my favorite part of it, though. Most of the Blue cxl jackets I see look too close to black. The large amount of green in this one really makes it pop. It looks more like an ocean green/blue and I really love that.
