A hat contest

We need more people to enter!

Although I fit the time frame, I do not believe that I would do that hat justice. I think that it would look much better on Barb or deelovely, and would see more regular use as well. Please do not take my lack of entry as disinterest.

That's a wonderful hat but I fear I'm just a bit too big-headed for it. I think it would outdo all the rest of my wardrobe too!

Thanks Dan, please get him to PM me a few words about wanting this hat. It does not need to be but as few words as it takes.

OK, heres the deal. Mike Moore of Buckarro Hatters made a fedora to give to one of us at the Memphis meeting.
All of us loved the look and feel of the hat and loved the bound edge, to me it has a kind of Stetson Playboy look to it.
At the get together we decided instead to give the hat to someone here on the lounge.
So the rules we came up with are..
1. it has to be someone that the hat will fit .. a size 7 38
2. we would like it to be a newer member.say joined no more than 2 months ago
3. the winner would need to write a few lines about why they would like the hat.
4. I will take the top 4 and get someone not connected to me, Mike or any of the Memphis mafia to pick the top winner.
Those that are interested please drop me a PM and I hope to have a winner picked by next week.
To give enough time the deadline shall be next Wednesday and hopefully the hat can be shipped by Friday.

I might fit the time frame but I would prefer to nominate onlyoneintown he is new, young and as he is going to school full time so is short on funds. He and his girl friend attended the So Cal Backyard party, their first FL function

He and his GF are really nice and the type of members this board inspires.
