50s (?) Dobbs milan, 7 1/2

Fantastic vintage straw. Has a 2 1/2 inch brim, and A cool (literally) open weave to the straw between the perforated sweat band and the light silk pug. A medium cocoa brown, with an off white ribbon that almost has a pinkish hue in certain light. Letting this one go for $60 + shipping.

Is this a pretty snug 7 1/2 or more to the looser side? I am in between a 7 1/2 and 7 5/8 and am wondering if this will work for me. You normally wear a 7 3/8 right?

Best I could measure, the inside diameter was about 23 1/4". Maybe a little better. It's way to big for me, that's why I'm letting it go.
