I've been looking for a nice jacket made from nailhead or -even better - birdseye fabric for quite some time now...

I took the other one Dinerman was selling. I was surprised that the one I got went so low, I was expecting the competition to be the other way around. I had my eye on that grey one too, but I opted to save my money for what I expected to be a harder battle.

... Unless the jacket looks enough like a sportcoat to be worn like one, it's essentially an orphan without its trousers. This is probably why hardcore bidders took a pass on both auctions.


If Dinerman's peaked lapel suit had its trousers, the outfit would have sold for many hundreds of dollars.
