John Collier didn't exist as a company putting labels into clothes until 1950. Don't know about hand tailored neiver.

hi i think it says a flague i kind of figured the age to be late 40s to early 50s its well made but i think your right about it not being hand talored thanks for your intrust

that is an early-ish John Collier label.

If forced to guess i'd say mid-late 50s. maybe even early 60s. Looks very mod-styled.
