1946 Indian Motorcycle

I got a Sundance catalog today and they have a restored 1946 Indian motorcycle for sale that is stunning.

$55,000 but knowing Sundance it's probably overpriced

Oh it parks here! Cool! I haven't seen many motorcycles from the 40's.

Absolutely an amazing machine! I prefer the pre-war Indy's myself, but, wowie, wow, wow, WOW! A few years ago I was priveleged to see the Art of the Motorcycle by the Guggenheim at the Venetian in Vegas. The style of the Indidan always stood alone.
