1940s Stetson Royal DeLuxe 7 3/8 - brown

This is a virtually mint 1940s Stetson Royal DeLuxe. I bought it thinking I would have it resized. Then I found another hat (with same color combination) that is my size and is also virtually mint. I have self imposed a limit of 52 to my collection of felts. Right now I'm at 55 so need to move a few out.

True to size.
Tagged: 7 3/8
Opening measures 8 1/4” x 6 5/8”
Crown: 6” open
Brim 3” with a triple stitched over welt
1 3/4” brown grosgrain ribbon

Price: $260 shipped CONUS - OBO
Also willing to consider trades for 50s or older fedora with 2 3/4" to 3" brim. (felt or straw)

That is a stunner and in my size BUT I too am in the midst of a trim down of the collection. I am down to my favourite 40, (from 53) and shooting for 32 but it is now a Sophie's Choice situation......but I am tempted!!
