Currently looking to trade this beautiful Stack for pre-1940s fedoras in 7 thru 7 1/4. I am possibly open to purchase offers as well, so shoot me a message!

From what I gather, Stack is a very rare company, with few examples surfacing.

This hat is in beautiful shape, with ZERO issues that I can find (aside from it being too large for me to wear).

The felt is brown, a maroon hat ribbon and red brim binding really make this hat pop. A true eye-pleaser.

I steamed the hat back to somewhat of an open crown as best as I could to remove some wrinkles that were in the felt, then gave it a front crease with the diamond treatment.

the unreeded sweatband is pliable and has all the stitches in place

tagged a 7 1/2 LO

open crown: 5 5/8"
Brim: 2 3/4"
Circumference: 23.5"

Nothing to trade, just wanted to say that is a very cool and unique hat. I have a Cavanaugh Edge in brown that has a brown/maroonish ribbon that I think they called “root beer”. Anyway, that combo is great, this one is something else!

Doc.....PLEASE do not shrink it!:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
This is an really neat piece, it deserves better,
M:(
EDIT.....or did you buy "trade bait"?;)
I wish it was traded. he knows my stance especially on the hat I constantly yearn for, but life happens and bills come first. but, I wish it was traded for what I was trying for. alas, it is out of my hands.
