Can you elaborate on your opinion as to why it would be a loss to buy when you would also have a place to live and a family living there prior made it work?

You could really make a go of this place...

There looks like a lot of potential with this little place. But you'd have to go to the area and do your market research first. I really like it!!

That's exactly what I think! I've never been north of Orono which is about 2.5 hours south of this town. I would like to visit someday.

I'm just an old skeptic. They are not selling a business. They are selling a dream and an escape. The escape is from whatever reality you are currently in that makes this day dream appealing.

If they were selling a business, there would be at least an offer of books to examine. Perhaps it is a great business and the answer to your prayers. Just have your accountant check the books first.
