This pattern looks to be from the 1940's.
The pattern includes the pieces & directions to make all the views seen in the scan. The dress has a kimono waist and can be made with or without a collar. The sleeves are open at the shoulders.
The pattern has been used. It does have the instruction sheet. Some of the pieces have some tiny rips or discoloration. This is not a printed pattern but rather one that has the perforated numbers/letters to identify the pieces. The instruction sheet is discolored and has some tiny tears.
Please be aware, the envelope is very worn & in fragile condition. It has rips & tears, bends & creases, discoloration & various tiny marks. There is a large "V" shaped rip on the front.
