For sale is a 1940’s-50’s vintage Canadian horsehide jacket. This one is shearling lined, has Lightning zippers and a half belt. The Lightning zippers and belt buckle are very similar to a WW2 Irvin jacket that I own (and that’s also for sale…), just sized down slightly.
This jacket is in very good condition. No odors to speak of, some minor wear in a few places. The chest zipper pull is missing but all of the zips work fine. The horse leather is tough but also soft and supple and has some great grain, especially on the back.
