There's so much lost vocabulary here - terms that probably never meant anything to the man in the street. Baku? Hanoki? Leghorn? Peanit (sic)? Toyo Bangkok?
Also notice the number of porkpies – not one of which is called a porkpie. Was the term even in use yet?
