I might be fooling myself, but that has to be quite early in the 30's, no? It's almost as if it's a stage in between the straight up-and-down styles of the 20's and the slinky, slender styles I think of as the 30's...
The catalog is from 1930. It didn't have a cover or the first couple of pages, so no date. But gong back through the automotive section eventually yielded a date. There is a thread with scans from this same catalog buried over in General Attire somewhere.
