Found this Jacket... It has some issues, and may be a bit pricey to have it rewoven. Could be used as a pattern or for reference.

I know, right? Those are fantastic.

I had entertained buying it but even if I lose a few pounds, I could still only just get into it. That would be fine, so long as I didn't have to move or breathe. :D

IMO too good to be taken for a pattern... (read: taking APART for a pattern).
Still wearable with a few mends... too bad the halfbelt has been removed.

I wouldn't reweave the holes in this case. I think the fraying on the hem can be hidden by "shortening" (just by pressing... not cutting off) the length of the jacket.
The large holes are on the back of the sleeve cuff near the slit. Small patches from the fabric or matching thread mends would suffice IMO to make it decently wearable.

I would have snapped it up... but the missing halfbelt (and resulting discoloration) puts me off.
